Børselv has its name from the famous salmon river, Børselva. But the river offers more than just salmon, due to a belt of granite rocks, the water is clear green in the sunlight, and a carved-out canyon is the best place to discover it.

This trip is a hike with dogs, along the river all the way up to the canyon. We will enjoy some breaks on the way, included a lunch with a view.

The hike is about 6 km long, and over paths and rocks. It is volunteer to bring a pack dog on the hike or not.

  • Hike 6 km along the river, all the way up to the canyon

  • Take scenic breaks, including a lunch with a stunning view

  • Enjoy the company of well-trained dogs on the trail

  • Optional: bring a pack dog along for part of the hike

  • Explore varied terrain, including paths and rocky sections, in the Arctic outdoors
